What are the Screening Application Requirements?

Minimum credit score of 620 AND minimum combined gross income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.

Alternatively, we can accept a cosigner (e.g a parent) with a minimum credit score of 680 and
minimum gross income of 3 times the rent (market rate).

Do you have a laundry room?

We have a laundry room with more than 30 Washers/Dryers.

The machines are app operated (Payrange) for your convenience.

Do you have storage units?

Yes, we have a great option for storage units which are located in the second courtyard behind the outdoor gym. Currently, we're having a special for $50/Month.
Is this complex new?

Yes, we are a new complex that opened up one year ago. The complex is brand new and built from the ground up.
Any good restaurants nearby?

Yes, there are great options nearby that have been in the neighborhood for many years.
What happens if something in the unit breaks or needs repair?

We have an on-site maintenance technician who is available 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
Pet friendly?

We are a pet friendly community with no breed restrictions.

There is a $500 pet deposit per pet.

There is an additional $50/Month fee for a dog/cat.
Are utilities included?
